Spello is a medieval town in the Umbria region that left me Spellbound. It’s filled with cobblestone streets and endless archways that are pleasing to the eye.
On my visit on a hot summers day I stumbled upon Bar Giardano Bonci to stop and have refreshing drink which to my surprise had a courtyard with a back garden and an amazing view! If you love coffee then you must order a caffe shakerato while you’re there which is made from espresso, a bit of sugar, and lots of ice. If you do want something to nibble on, order a ‘torta al testo’ which is flatbread specific to the Umbria region and stuffed with a combination of cheeses, meats or herbs.
Beautiful Tantan keep’em coming x
